What is the correct name for wall decals (that looks like they are on wax paper and you put them on your wall)?

I saw someone's office and they have flowers around the bottom of it and quotes all around the walls. They said they did not paint it, but they put it on with some kind of decal. They said it was like on wax paper and you put it on the way and rub it with a stick (like a popsickle stick) and it transports to your walls. It was really awesome. What is the exact name and where can they be purchased?

I believe it is called wall decals! You can get them almost anywhere, online, Michaels, Joann's, Target etc...

I put one up for my sister and it was hard. You really have to rub it hard to make sure it sticks so be prepared for your arm to be super sore after. Some of hers is already peeling off. But it is pretty!
